How can you move towards feeling your absolute BEST?
hmmm numerous possible answers really. Ok let’s start with eating vegetables, meal planning, cooking at home and sharing with loved ones. Movement towards feeling better and perhaps a step towards feeling your Best. My Uncle’s doctor would say “motion is the lotion” pretty much every time we’d go see him. Such wise words. Why not set yourself in motion now? Plan, cook and share. Feel better.
When fresh produce is not available this recipe is definitely doable with items on hand in your kitchen. Sour cream, spices and sweetener. If you don’t have all the items just improvise. Don’t have sour cream? Use plain Greek Yoghurt or Mayonnaise. Use your imagination. This dip is super easy to make and is yummy!
8 oz sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon dried onion flakes
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon dried dill
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon erythritol or your preferred sweetener …sugar?
Method: Combine all ingredients and chill in fridge for 30 minutes. Serve with fresh veggies. You can make it the consistency of salad dressing by adding any type of unsweetened milk. Enjoy!
