Shoal Bay Jalapeño Poppers

Ingredients:

Jalapeño peppers

Cream cheese

Prosciutto

Directions:

Cut peppers in half and remove membrane and seeds. Do not touch your eyes after cutting peppers! Fill halves with cream cheese and wrap with prosciutto. Place on a baking sheet and bake or BBQ on high heat until slightly crisp.
