Mango Salsa



Jalapeño pepper,

2 Tablespoons red onion,

1 Tablespoon cilantro,

2 Tablespoons red pepper,

+Juice of 1 lime


Dice mango into small cubes. Chop red pepper and red onion into small dice. Mince the  Jalapeño after removing seeds and membrane. Mince cilantro. Combine all ingredients. Taste and adjust your the salsa to your liking.


This salsa can be eaten simply with tortilla chips.


We love to eat it with Blackened MahiMahi. Leftovers make a wonderful addition to a wrap. Enjoy.
