Pineapple Chicken

Ingredients:

-Boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into smaller pieces (size of a playing card)

-Egg

-Flour

-1/2 cup butter

Sauce:

-3 Tablespoons soy sauce

-1 cup of pineapple tidbits with juice

-3/4 cup sugar or splenda

1/2 cup vinegar

Directions:

Dip chicken into beaten egg, coat with flour and fry in butter until golden brown. Put fried chicken into a shallow baking pan. Combine sauce ingredients and pour over chicken.  Bake for about 45 minutes.
