Blackened Seared Tuna


-Fresh tuna steaks about an inch thick

-Black and white sesame seeds

-Blackening spice

-Vegetable oil

-Spicy wasabi mayo:

-Plain greek yoghurt and wasabi paste mixed to taste.


Place seeds and blackening spice on a plate. Press tuna onto seeds & spice.

Sear tuna 30 seconds per side in extremely hot vegetable oil in frypan.

Slice into 1/4” pieces and serve with wasabi mayo.


Serve as an appetizer at your next dinner party!
