Ingredients:
Coconut bread (low carb) toasted
Canned Tuna -drained
Stick of Celery finely diced
Mayo
Valentinas hot sauce
Cracked pepper
Cheese
Mixed greens
Avocado
Method:
Mix together tuna, a dollop of mayo, & celery. Place toast on baking tray and top with tuna mixture. Top with avocado and cheese. Broil or bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted to your liking. Place a handful of greens & fresh veggies on plate and place the tuna toast on it.
