Ultimate Tuna Melt

Ingredients:

Coconut bread (low carb) toasted

Canned Tuna -drained

Stick of Celery finely diced

Mayo

Valentinas hot sauce

Cracked pepper

Cheese

Mixed greens

Avocado

Method:
Mix together tuna, a dollop of mayo, & celery. Place toast on baking tray and top with tuna mixture. Top with avocado and cheese. Broil or bake in 375 degree oven until cheese is melted to your liking. Place a handful of greens & fresh veggies on plate and place the tuna toast on it. Crack some pepper and shake on the hot sauce. According to Dawson sauce is Boss! Make this Ultimate tuna melt and you will be happy that you did!
