Sourdough coffee cake

Found a yummy recipe on food.com that was easy to make and so delicious!

Ingredients for cake:

1 cup sourdough starter

1/3 cup vegetable oil

1 egg slightly beaten

1 cup all- purpose flour

3/4 cup sugar

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon cinnamon

Topping Ingredients:

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 cup brown sugar

2 Tablespoons margarine

1 Tablespoon flour

Method:

Combine starter, oil and egg. Stir together remaining cake ingredients and combine with wet ingredients. Put dough in 9 inch greased pan or one that has been sprayed with Pam. Crumble topping ingredients together & sprinkle topping on top of the dough. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
