Ingredients:
1/3 cup salted cashew butter or peanut butter
1 Tablespoon tamari or soy sauce
2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger
1/4 cup fresh lime juice
1 Tablespoon maple syrup or preferred sweetener
1 Tablespoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon chilli garlic sauce or 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
method: process all ingredients in blender until smooth.
