Ingredients:
1 Cup Water
6 Cloves of garlic
1 1/4 Cup of Cashews
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 Cup soy sauce
1/4 Cup vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dill
2 Cups vegetable oil
Directions:
In Blender place all ingredients except 1/2 cup of water and the vegetable oil.Blend until smooth. Slowly add the water and oil through the lid of the blender.Once all incorporated place in jar and refrigerate.
Tips:
This dressing can be used on salads or as a dip for veggies. We love to use it as a dip for fresh salad rolls. Be Happy!
