Garlic Shrimp Nuevo Vallarta

G-money’s Garlic Shrimp

Ingredients:

-Prawns cleaned and deveined.

-Garlic

-Butter

-Fresh Pepper

Directions:

Hot frypan add butter & minced garlic. When butter has melted and garlic has browned lightly add cleaned fresh shrimp. Flip shrimp …maybe after 2 minutes. Season liberally with fresh ground pepper. The shrimp are ready once they are no longer translucent. The bigger the shrimp take alittle longer.

Tip:

Dawson’s Twist on Garlic Shrimp…Make a Sauce! Sauté  garlic, shallots, & diced tomato in butter. Add white wine and reduce the liquid by half. Season with fresh pepper and tarragon. Add a dash of cream. Place cooked shrimp on toasted bread and top with Dawson’s sauce. Anyone who knows Dawson knows it’s all about the sauce!
